Short version: We collect only what we need to provide our services. We never sell your data to third parties. Your birth details, consultation conversations, and payment information are strictly confidential.

1.3 Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes. We share data only with:
Google LLC — anonymised analytics via Google Analytics 4
Meta Platforms Inc. — anonymised ad performance data via Meta Pixel
EmailJS — for transactional email delivery
Our astrologers — only your name and birth details required for your consultation
Law enforcement — when required by a valid court order or legal mandate
1.4 Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required for legal compliance. Consultation logs are retained for 24 months. You may request deletion of your data by writing to privacy@thecosmicfoundation.com.
1.5 Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:
Access a summary of your personal data we hold
Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
Erase your personal data (subject to legal obligations)
Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
Nominate a person to exercise rights on your behalf
File a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India
1.6 Cookies
We use essential cookies for session management and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel) to understand platform usage. You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the platform.
1.7 Security
All data is transmitted over 256-bit SSL encryption. Payments are processed exclusively through Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We do not store any credit or debit card information on our servers.

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of The Cosmic Foundation platform. By creating an account or using any service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use The Cosmic Foundation. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2.2 Nature of Services
Important: Astrology, tarot, numerology, and healing services provided on this platform are for entertainment, spiritual guidance, and personal reflection purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. The Company makes no guarantees about the accuracy or outcome of any consultation.
Our platform provides:
Live per-minute consultations with verified astrologers
AI-assisted and expert-prepared astrology reports
Free tools including Kundli generator and numerology calculator
Membership plans with access to exclusive content and benefits
A referral programme with wallet credit rewards
2.3 Account & Wallet
Each user may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Cosmic Wallet credits are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash, except where required by law.
Promo credits (e.g., COSMIC50 welcome bonus) are valid for 30 days from credit date.
The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts found engaged in fraudulent activity.
2.4 Conduct on Platform
Users agree not to:
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Harass, threaten, or abuse astrologers or other users
Record or share consultation sessions without written consent
Attempt to circumvent the per-minute billing system
Post false reviews or engage in artificial rating manipulation
2.5 Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including names, branding, tools, reports, and articles — is the intellectual property of Zesteaze Wellness OPC Pvt. Ltd. Reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.
2.6 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
2.7 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Faridabad, Haryana. We encourage resolution through our Grievance Officer before initiating legal proceedings.
Section 3
Refund Policy
We want every experience on The Cosmic Foundation to be satisfying. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations clearly.
3.1 Wallet Recharges
General Rule: All wallet recharges are final. Unused wallet balance does not expire and remains available for future consultations.
Refundable situations:
Duplicate charges — if you were charged more than once for the same transaction
Technical failure — if your payment was deducted but wallet was not credited
Unauthorised transactions — if you report an unauthorised charge within 7 days
Astrologer did not respond for more than 5 minutes after session start

3.3 Astrology Reports (PDF)
Reports are digital deliverables prepared by our experts within 24 hours of purchase.
No refund is offered once a report has been delivered to your email, as it constitutes a fully rendered service.
If a report is not delivered within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at support@thecosmicfoundation.com with your order details.
If you believe the report contains a significant error (e.g., wrong birth date used), we will prepare a corrected report at no extra charge.
3.4 Membership Plans
Membership fees are charged on a monthly cycle and are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Monthly wallet credits issued as part of a membership plan are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.5 Referral Earnings
Referral wallet credits are non-withdrawable in cash and are subject to a 30-day validity period from the date of credit. Misuse of the referral programme will result in forfeiture of all referral earnings.

Resolution timeline: Acknowledged within 48 hours · Resolved within 7 working days
Razorpay refunds are credited within 5–7 banking days after approval.
Section 4
Grievance Officer
In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address user complaints.
Submit your grievance in writing to the email above with full details (name, phone, transaction ID, issue description).
We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours of receipt.
The Grievance Officer will investigate and aim to resolve within 15 working days as mandated by the IT Rules 2021.
If unresolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India (once operational) or approach the appropriate consumer forum.
